The information acquired during the booking or the request for availability are only those strictly necessary to correctly inform the manager, or the data relating to the booker's registry and any information for the management of the booking guarantee shown on the form.
The website uses a third-party platform as a technical tool for online booking and for managing requests and communications with site users.
The owner of the data is the manager; the controller is the company that manages and technically develops the booking platform.
The data acquired are: Name, Surname, Address, Email, Telephone Number, Occupants, period of stay and any additional information useful to manage the regular booking process in the structure, execution of legal obligations (e.g. administrative, tax, accounting, etc.), provision of services, and if explicitly requested, the reservation guarantee data. For security purposes, the IP address of the device used by the user and the viewing times of the pages can also be collected.
The collected data are used to provide the booking service, for the realization of proposals for a stay in case of availability request and can be used for statistics and market research inside the manager. The refusal to provide data from the operator deemed fundamental may make it impossible to provide the service. In the specific case in which the user has explicitly requested the optional registration upon receipt of the newsletter, the structure will have the authorization to send any promotional newsletters, from which the user may at any time request the blocking of sending and removal of the 'email address.

- the servers are protected by latest generation Firewalls and powerful Antivirus;
- all communication of sensitive data takes place in SSL / VPN protected mode;
- checks are regularly carried out by external companies for PCI certification and IT infrastructure security.
Storage, Access, Modification and Cancellation of Data
The user has the right to request the manager at any time to know which data has been stored and can request any modification or complete cancellation. This activity can be carried out by the structure within 30 days of the communication received. The request can be made by contacting us here: [email protected]. The data will be kept for a maximum of 10 years.

The booking platform used by the manager may contain links to external sites, the manager is not responsible for the Privacy Policy applied on these online platforms and the user is advised to consult the information notes provided by the relevant third parties.
