The reservation concerns an entire apartment for tourist rental and the stay can have a maximum duration of 30 days per calendar year.
The reservation includes cleaning, change of sheets, rugs and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel. The apartment has a kitchen and the reservation does not provide breakfast and meals.
Cancellation policies:
one of the two cancellation policies applies alternately, depending on the rate chosen by the customer during the booking phase:
1) Refundable Rate:
The customer pays in advance the total amount, and can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount for cancellation less than 7 days before arrival.
2) Non Refundable Rate:
Available and applicable only to reservations made more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date. 30% Prepayment. In case of cancellation of reservation a penalty will be charged equal to the deposit paid at time of booking.
